IllusionGaming Rules and Policies

Respect the Staff

• Verbal abuse or offensive language directed at the IllusionGaming staff team is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Transactions

• Selling or attempting to sell your Donate Panel account or items to other players is forbidden. Players caught violating this rule will face an immediate ban, and their Donate Panel account will be permanently removed without warning.

Account Sharing

• Sharing your Donate Panel or in-game accounts with others is strongly discouraged. IllusionGaming will not be held responsible for stolen accounts resulting from shared credentials, whether with family, friends, or acquaintances. Lost accounts or items due to sharing will not be recovered.

Bug Exploitation

• Exploiting game bugs is strictly forbidden. If you discover a bug, report it in the discord bug-report channel after ensuring your game client is fully updated.

Impersonation

• Pretending to be an Administrator, GM, or staff member in-game, on Discord, or elsewhere will result in an immediate ban without warning.

Loss of Items or Experience

• IllusionGaming is not responsible for the loss of items or experience during gameplay. Under no circumstances will items be replaced or refunded.

Respect the Community

• Treat other players with respect to maintain a friendly community. Racism, Nazism, or abusive comments in-game or on the IllusionGaming Discord channel will not be tolerated. Violators will face strict action.

Data Ownership

• All database information belongs to IllusionGaming administration. Selling or exchanging accounts, characters, or items for real money or other items is forbidden. Administrators will never share your account details with third parties but reserve the right to manage data as necessary.

Staff Communication Policy

• IllusionGaming staff will not contact players in-game. For assistance or to report an issue, please reach out via Discord.

Accusations and Evidence

• All accusations against admins or players must be supported by screenshots or other visual evidence. False accusations or slander may result in a ban.

Donation Support

• Donations to IllusionGaming are entirely voluntary and serve to support the server’s maintenance, development, and ongoing improvements.

No Refunds

• All donations are final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
